Who we are

WellRounds is an educational guided series for physicians, medical trainees, and medical families, founded by Sarah Grimmer, PhD, and Samuel Grimmer, MD. This policy describes the WellRounds marketing website. Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@wellrounds.com.

Information you give us

Mailing list. The footer includes a form for an email address if you want occasional notes — research, reflections, and practical insights, a few times a year. We use that address only to send those notes and to reply if you write to us.

Group inquiries. The custom group plan form asks for your name, email, phone, organization, and approximate group size. Submitting it opens an email to hello@wellrounds.com in your own email app, with those details in the message. We use them to reply about a group plan.

Email you send us. If you write to hello@wellrounds.com, we keep what we need to answer you — your address, your message, and our reply.

Course enrollment

A standard plan is purchased on the WellRounds course site, hosted by Thinkific. When you enroll, Thinkific collects the account and payment details required to give you access. That checkout is covered by Thinkific's own privacy practices as well as this policy for anything you later send directly to WellRounds.

We receive what we need to provide the series: typically your name, email, and the plan you purchased. We do not store your full payment card number on this marketing website.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Send the notes you asked for, and stop when you ask us to
  • Reply to group, press, and partnership inquiries
  • Provide access to the series you purchased
  • Answer questions about billing or access

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser still exchanges ordinary technical data required to load the pages, such as IP address and browser type, with the host that serves the site. The course site may use its own cookies once you leave this domain to enroll.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers only so they can do the work we asked them to do — for example, the course platform that hosts videos and enrollment, and the email tools we use to reply to you. Those providers may process data in the United States.

Links in the footer to Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook leave this site. Those services have their own privacy policies.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect WellRounds, our participants, or the public from harm.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and enrollment records for as long as we need them to provide the series, answer follow-up questions, and meet ordinary bookkeeping obligations. Mailing-list addresses stay on the list until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

Email hello@wellrounds.com to unsubscribe, to ask what we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time. If a request conflicts with something we must keep for legal or accounting reasons, we will tell you what we still need to hold.

Children

WellRounds is for adults — physicians, partners, trainees, and the people who organize groups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@wellrounds.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated policy applies. The terms of use describe the rules for using the series itself.
