Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the WellRounds website, email us, inquire about a group, or enroll in a WellRounds series. If you enroll through the course site, that checkout is also part of using WellRounds. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the materials.

WellRounds is an educational guided series. The Physician Family Series is ten modules. Each module includes a video, reflection prompts, discussion questions, a practice, and a facilitator guide so a group can run the conversation or an individual can complete it independently.

WellRounds is not psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Sarah Grimmer, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist, and Samuel Grimmer, MD, is a physician. Their roles here are as educators and founders of the series.

Participation can bring up difficult feelings. It is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

The Family Plan is $299 per year for two adults. It includes the Physician Family Series — videos, worksheets, discussion questions, and practices — with access on mobile and desktop for that year. The Family Plan does not include the facilitator guide. Enrollment is completed on the WellRounds course site.

Standard group plans are listed on the pricing page, with a set price and participant count. Those plans include the facilitator guide. Purchasing a standard plan is a request for WellRounds to create your group access for that headcount. WellRounds sets up that access after payment. A retreat, an invoice, a purchase order, or a size outside the listed plans is not a license until WellRounds confirms the price and you complete payment.

The Medical Training Series is in development. It is not included in these plans unless a plan description says so.

When your plan is active, WellRounds gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to watch the videos and use the worksheets, discussion questions, and practices for the people that plan covers. Group plans also include the facilitator guide. The Family Plan does not.

• A Family Plan covers two adults.
• A group plan covers the facilitators and participants included in that agreement, for the term of the agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, record, download for redistribution, or publicly post the videos or written materials
• Share logins, or give the materials to people who are not covered by your plan
• Resell, sublicense, or present the series as your own program
• Remove credits, or use the WellRounds name or logo to imply a partnership we have not agreed to

The facilitator guide is written so an alliance leader, wellness coordinator, counselor, physician spouse, or other organizer can lead without clinical training. Facilitators host an educational conversation. They are not providing therapy through WellRounds, and WellRounds is not responsible for how a local group is run beyond the materials we provide.

Keep your course login to yourself and give us accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access if materials are shared outside your plan, if payment fails, or if use of the site harms other people or the service.

The WellRounds name, logo, videos, worksheets, discussion guides, facilitator materials, and site content are owned by WellRounds or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback you choose to send us may be used to improve the series, without any obligation to pay you for that suggestion.

Do not misuse the site or a WellRounds group. That includes attempting to break or scrape the service, uploading anything unlawful, harassing other participants, or using the materials to provide clinical care you are not qualified and licensed to provide.

The site and the series are provided as an educational resource. We work to keep the materials accurate and the course site available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the series will produce a particular personal, clinical, or organizational outcome. To the extent the law allows, WellRounds disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, WellRounds and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or the series. Our total liability for a claim related to a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid WellRounds for that plan in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

The privacy policy explains what we collect through this website, group inquiries, and enrollment. It is part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the series changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you keep using the site or an active plan after an update, the updated terms apply to that continued use. A custom group agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms on price, headcount, or term.
